I recently received a medical report issued in Saudi Arabia and need to verify its authenticity. I’m unsure about the official process for checking if a Saudi medical report is valid. Is there an online portal or government service that allows verification? Also, are there any tips for avoiding fake or altered reports?

I’ve heard some hospitals have their own verification codes, but I’m not certain how they work. Any guidance on step-by-step verification or trusted resources would be greatly appreciated.
