How do web developers balance productivity and healthy living?

I’ve been working from home as a web developer, and I also handle some admin tasks. I’ve been doing this for several years now, so most of my day is spent in front of a computer. I try to take regular breaks and do some light exercise to avoid feeling too tired or having eye strain. Recently, some friends suggested that I also try health supplements to support my overall health, especially since we spend so much time looking at screens.

Any web developers here taking health supplements?
