How do you cope when everything is due at once?

I’m in the middle of the worst week ever three essays, a group project, and my biology exam all due within 48 hours. I stayed up until 4 a.m. last night trying to finish lab notes, and I still feel completely behind. I even caught myself thinking about asking someone to take my biology exam for me just to survive. How do people handle this without losing it?
