Helping family via TV mirroring

I’ve ended up doing exactly that with my grandparents because talking them through “press menu… no, the other menu” was driving everyone crazy. What helped was using an app that doesn’t require touching the TV at all — just connects over Wi-Fi and mirrors whatever’s on my phone. It’s way easier than trying to decode what they’re seeing.
