Do You Use Caregiver Help?

I've been thinking lately about whether I should look into getting some caregiver help for my father. He's in his early 80s, has some mobility issues, and needs assistance with daily tasks like bathing, meals, and getting to appointments. I work full-time and try to help when I can, but it's becoming harder to manage everything without feeling overwhelmed. I'm not even sure where to start or what kinds of caregiving support are available. Do any of you use caregiver services for a family member, and what has your experience been like?
