I’m gearing up to renovate a 1920s warehouse into a co-working space, but my preliminary plans already show ducts intersecting steel beams and underfloor heating routes crossing electrical conduits. I’d rather catch these clashes on paper than watch crews stand idle once work starts. Has anyone commissioned an upfront assessment to flag issues before breaking ground?
