Anyone Else Feel Exhausted After Creative Writing Sessions?
15 days ago by kettykilton
Lately, every time I dive into a deep writing session, I end up mentally drained, almost like I’ve run a marathon. I’m wondering if this is common or just a sign that I’m overthinking everything. It’s especially tricky when working on personal stories or reflective content. I’ve heard some writers outsource heavy content through ghostwriter services, which makes sense if you’re emotionally spent. But I’d still like to stay hands-on with my own work. Has anyone figured out how to manage creative fatigue? Are breaks the key, or do you push through until you’re out of the slump?
