Your bets — your rules

I like the idea: you bet as you want, without restrictions. But in practice, some apps cut functionality, others just lag. Where do they really give you freedom of choice and fair conditions? I want to find a platform where I can comfortably play and manage my bets myself. Are there any? Please tell me!
