Best way to generate images?

I want to use AI to generate images for tattoos, but I'm not an artist at all. My head is full of images and ideas, but I can't put them down on paper. I'd like to use an image generator where I can input my ideas, generate an image, tweak it until I get what I'm looking for. How can I do this with ChatGPT?
