Can AI chatbots actually help with lead generation??

Hey everyone, I’m running a small B2B service website, and we get decent traffic, but barely any leads turn into actual conversations. I’ve heard chatbots can help engage visitors better, but most of the ones I’ve seen are either too robotic or way too complicated to set up. Anyone found something that works and feels natural?
