I'm currently evaluating options for DevOps managed services, and I can't decide whether to go with a large, established company or to try working with freelancers. On one hand, big companies come with established processes and resources, which can provide some level of confidence. On the other hand, freelancers might offer more flexibility and potentially lower costs. What do you think is the best approach? Should I trust a big company, or would freelancers offer better results in the long run?
