Guaranteed loot in custom Mythic+

A question came up and I thought it would be helpful to talk about it. Is there any way to guarantee certain loot during a custom Mythic+? I realize that loot depends on a lot of factors, but still would like to know if it's possible to influence this process in any way. Can the custom Mythic+ service somehow guarantee a certain item or just improve the chance of getting the right items?
