Veterinary Rapid Tests - Reliable or Not?

Hey everyone, I recently took my dog to the vet because she wasn't feeling well. The vet suggested using a rapid test to check for certain diseases. It was convenient, but I'm wondering how reliable these rapid tests actually are. Has anyone here had any experience with them? Are they accurate, or should I be cautious and ask for more thorough testing?
