API Support

I paid a traffic fine last week, but when I check SIMIT por placa, it’s still showing as unpaid. Has anyone else had this issue before? I’m not sure if it’s a delay in the system or if something went wrong with the payment update. How long does it normally take for records to refresh after clearing a fine?
