Anyone here tried installing paver patios?

I’m thinking about upgrading my backyard, and paver patios seem like a solid option. They look stylish, durable, and I like the idea that if one stone gets damaged, it can easily be replaced without redoing the whole patio.

Has anyone here installed a paver patio recently? How’s the maintenance in the long run—especially in rainy weather? Do they really hold up better than regular concrete slabs?
