Cards vs. Burnout: Real Experiences

During a rough patch earlier this year I hit classic burnout—scatterbrain, short fuse, attention all over the place. I stepped back from screens and wanted something low-stress in the evenings. We tried a few tiny rounds with a travel deck after dinner, just to see if slow routines would help. Has anyone here felt real improvements from that?
